During discussions, Jaycelle can be passionate at times. I, on the other hand, am always—only in a voice level that does not exceed the “looks chill” zone.
And here was where Bryce came in to suggest Jaycelle to calm down. We both stopped in our tracks to laugh at his witty remark. It both lightened up our moods.
I was a big fan in the past of writing a happy list every week if not almost every day. But as they say, life happens and get in the way(?). Although as I incorporate habits and rituals into my everyday routine in recent months, writing a gratitude list first thing in the morning is THE top recommendation, as you will, to set yourself up right before you actually begin your day. And I find that it is true and working for me.
And so, I decided to share with you here my gratitude list (instead of just in my pretty notebook, haha).
❣️I’m grateful for the fun voice-recording-bonding with my husband before sleeping.
❣️I’m grateful for getting started on decluttering, which is my greatest looming hindrance for quite a long time now.
❣️I’m grateful for my paid Mrs. Gift Boxes clients and more to come.
❣️I’m grateful for all my resources that support my journey to self-awareness and manifestation.
❣️I’m grateful for my husband and my Bryce, always.
❣️I’m grateful for our happy, peaceful, comfortable and abundant home.
❣️I’m grateful for real friendships that blossom over time.
❣️I’m grateful for my undying desire to create a beautiful life.
❣️I’m grateful for my self-progress.
❣️I’m grateful for my fighting spirit.
When you write your gratitude list, try to really feel grateful and happy that these good things are happening in your life, to make it extra effective.
What are you waiting for? Start incorporating this habit into your daily routine and I assure you, you will love it!

#LittleAdamBryce’s first time to perform on stage! They danced to the song “The Lion Sleeps Tonight”
#LittleAdamBryce has been in his playgroup for about five months now. For this Halloween season, their playgroup has been invited to perform a dance number at our community’s Halloween party. It will be his first time to perform on stage! We have experienced the Halloween party in our community last year and from memory, there were many people and the weather was humid since the venue was in the open lounge area.
Since the kids will be performing while wearing their Halloween costumes, it can get disastrous if they start feeling uneasy and uncomfortable and might get them off the groove.
#LittleAdamBryce as a happy toddler as can be
As preparation for Bryce’s smooth and happy participation, these are the things that worked for us:
We made sure that Bryce got enough nap time prior so he will be well-rested and not be in a cranky mood.
We gave him a refreshing bath using his favourite Johnson’s® Active Kids™ Clean & Fresh Shampoo and Bath with long-lasting active fresh™ technology to last the whole afternoon of fun, games and trick-or-treating.
We chose a light fabric material for his costume. We’ve seen a dozen of cute costumes but their fabrics are not cut-out for our tropical weather! Tip: We found our Chase costume from Ogalala Shangri-La.
Once we’re out and about, we packed extra clothing, a fan, water and baby powder. We usually use Johnson’s cornstarch baby powder, but we’ve recently tried their limited edition Johnson’s Summer Blooms baby powder for that irresistibly soft and sweet scent.
Overall, our Halloween 2019 experience was the best so far! Since Bryce gets the concept and appreciates the fun activities and routines around this occasion, he’s more participative and totally enjoys the celebration.
#LittleAdamBryce’s Halloween 2019 was a happy success!
