In a routine errand day, we went to Megamall to get Jaycelle’s custom-made rubber stamp and of course, Bryce’s visit to the toy store.

The plan was for Jaycelle and Bryce to head there first and after work, I would follow. It was a walking distance of only 2 km. from the office to the mall.

There at Toy Kingdom, I met with Jaycelle and Bryce. As usual, Bryce had his wide-eyed expression with all the different toy sections inside the store. At his age of three and a half, he was still satisfied playing with the toys in their unopened packaging. Most of the time we would leave toy stores empty-handed—but not today.
We bought the cheapest X-Shot toy gun because of all the tissue cores lying around the house. Apart from serving as blank canvases for Bryce’s artworks, we thought of stacking and “bunging” (read: hitting) them with foam bullets.

I’ve been experiencing occasional insomnia attacks that left me wide-awake until three in the morning. When my tummy started to growl, my mind couldn’t and wouldn’t let go of my foodie thoughts that eventually became a craving! This time I craved for breakfast food that I can literally eat any time of the day!
One restaurant that I saw online that I bookmarked on my Must-Try List was Kanto Freestyle Breakfast. I originally thought that they only have a branch in Kapasigan, Pasig. Imagine my excitement to find that they have seven branches! I saw a branch in Mandaluyong which I thought was near us, but eventually, my Brian checked the map and noted that their Kapitolyo, Pasig branch is nearer our place.
