From Mamita’s (Jaycelle’s mom) recipe, comes three hungry devourers of the Filipino-style spaghetti! Our style? Any 11-minute spaghetti pasta; for the sauce: tomato sauce and ketchup, and lotsa slantways-sliced hotdogs! Once the pasta is laying coolly on the plate, the designated server would splat a big spoonful of sauce over it. For the finale, while Jaycelle and Bryce are already banging their forks on the table, I, the cheeseman, would top a canopy of grated cheese over the whole dish. Never fails to feed us for three long days!
